Pick the sector you practise in
KallosSim is one platform with six sector apps. You choose once at sign-in so cases, roles, and feedback use the right UK statutory guidance — not a generic chatbot.
Why you choose a sector first
A safeguarding conversation with a parent is not the same as an ACAS disciplinary meeting or a YOT risk review. Each sector loads its own knowledge base, practitioner roles, process stages, and evaluation rubric — so the AI stays grounded in the law and guidance you actually work under.
One subscription covers all six sectors
You are not locked in. Sign in with any sector to start; switch to another from the services page whenever you need. Specialist links below (ASYE, DSL, ACAS) are shortcuts into the same apps — not separate products.
Reason 1
Different statutory frameworks
Children's services uses Working Together 2026; adult care uses the Care Act; HR uses the ACAS Code; health draws on NHS safeguarding duties; youth justice uses YOT frameworks. Mixing these would produce unreliable feedback.
Reason 2
Roles and rubrics match your job
Each sector exposes the practitioner roles, conversation types, and scoring criteria relevant to that work — social worker, DSL, line manager, YOT worker, and so on.
Reason 3
Safer, scoped AI retrieval
When a case is generated or evaluated, the system retrieves guidance only from that sector's curated knowledge pack — so HR sessions do not pull children's safeguarding law inappropriately.

What is KallosSim?
KallosSim (Statutory Conversation Simulator) is a UK-focused AI conversation practice platform for social care, health, youth justice, and HR professionals. Practitioners configure a role and scenario type; the platform generates a fictional case and persona, runs a realistic conversation, and delivers a scored reflection grounded in UK statutory frameworks. It is for training and CPD — not for real cases, legal advice, or clinical decision-making.
