Procurement, information governance, and security — stated honestly
What is live today
- Procurement: direct award under local sub-threshold innovation rules, purchase order, and BACS. A G-Cloud (Cloud Software) listing is in preparation and is not live.
- Information governance: pre-populated DPIA template for organisation pilots. Conversation content is not used to train foundation models (zero-data-retention API settings). Application data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) — we do not claim UK-only residency. UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply.
- Information security: controls mapped to Cyber Essentials themes. We are not certified under Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus.
- NHS: DSPT self-assessment has not been submitted. An IG pack (DPIA, DPA, retention) is provided for named Trust pilots.
- Identity: Neon Auth is live. Microsoft Entra ID / SAML is opened for a named council pilot when IT asks in writing — not a self-serve toggle.
England-first depth
Founding knowledge depth is England Children's Services (Working Together). Adult Care and Health are live early access. Other countries exist as graded rehearsal markets — they are not the same legal engine and are not sold as part of this council offer.
Voice and statutory acronyms
Voice mode uses a statutory keyterm list so terms such as CIN, CP, LAC, IRO, DSL, S47, CAMHS, MARAC, MASH, and TAC are biased correctly. It is still speech recognition — check the transcript if a term looks wrong.
Practitioner wellbeing and content boundaries
Section 47-style enquiries, neglect, and abuse can generate emotionally heavy practice. KallosSim treats that as a workforce risk, not a feature.
Fictional, bounded cases
Scenarios are AI-generated fiction. Graphic sexual content and real identities are out of scope. Prompts instruct the model to stay in professional rehearsal, not shock material.
Stop at any time
Practitioners can end a session immediately. This is not a substitute for supervision, occupational health, or peer support. Secondary / vicarious trauma is a recognised risk in this work.
Witness Intermediary — closed professional community
The Witness Intermediary trainer is formative practice against YJCEA / ABE / Ground Rules themes. It is not accredited by the Ministry of Justice Witness Intermediary Scheme and not approved by the Intermediary Registration Board. We do not claim MoJ or IRB endorsement. Practising Registered Intermediaries should treat it as rehearsal, not scheme training.
