Practise courtroom advocacy
before you stand up

AI-powered simulation for solicitors and barristers. Opening submissions, examination, procedural objections, and closing arguments — grounded in CPR, CrimPR, and FPR. Training only — not legal advice.

Separate product. Legal Advocacy is a standalone KallosSim service. It does not share scenario decks with children's services, HR, or witness intermediary — though it may integrate with those workflows in future releases.

Practise toward your module — without mistaking this for the mark scheme

Sessions can hint toward your school’s published modules and advocacy frameworks (best-effort research, shown in-app as “Aligned to: …”). This is formative rehearsal between taught sessions — not a reading list, not BSB/SRA/Inn assessment, and not course credit.

England & Wales is live for Legal Advocacy. United States is on hold pending jurisdiction prompt QA. Scotland and Northern Ireland are not available yet.

Courtroom stages.
Not client meetings.

Process stages mirror real advocacy: opening, examination in chief, cross-examination, procedural objections, and closing submissions.

Civil · Opening

Opening submissions

Set out facts, issues, and your client's case under judicial time pressure. The judge may interrupt to narrow the dispute.

CPR Part 39 Structure

Criminal · Cross

Cross-examination

Test a witness's account without impermissible coaching. Opposing counsel objects; the judge rules on form and fairness.

CrimPR ECHR Art. 6

Family · Objection

Procedural objection

Challenge inadmissible evidence or procedural irregularity at the right moment — with authority, not theatre.

FPR PD12A

Any · Closing

Closing submissions

Synthesise evidence and law into a persuasive close. Respond to the judge's concerns and opposing counsel's strongest points.

Rhetoric Authority

Six advocacy roles.

Choose the role that matches your practice. AI personas play the judge, opposing counsel, or witness — you deliver the advocacy.

Barrister

Crown Court, County Court, and Family Court advocacy — examination, submissions, and judicial engagement.

Solicitor Advocate

Higher rights of audience in civil and criminal proceedings — same courtroom skills, different practice context.

Pupil Barrister

First appearances and supervised advocacy — build structure and composure before live hearings.

CPS Advocate

Prosecution advocacy in magistrates' and Crown Court — openings, witness handling, and closing.

LA Family Advocate

Local authority advocate in public family law — threshold, welfare, and PD12A care proceedings under the 26-week timetable.

Duty Solicitor

Criminal duty scheme — police station advice, bail applications, and first-hearing advocacy in magistrates' court.
