What this is
A formative conversation lab for MSW field placement prep and skills labs. You select Social Worker (CPS), a process stage (e.g. investigation), and run a fictional home visit or intake talk. Afterward you get structured reflection grounded in federal CAPTA/ICWA themes — deepest when California is selected; every US state is selectable.

How a session works
- Sign in → choose your state + county → segment MSW field placement.
- Configure role and process stage (or use Quick start).
- Read the generated case; start a text (or voice) conversation.
- Review formative feedback; retry or change one variable.

Use the invite link from your field director or Practice Educator — it joins their org and may pre-set county. Still read the formative boundary above before your first scored session.
