## Product definition

KallosSim is a single web platform (one database, one API, shared authentication) with sector-specific entry points. It exists so people in hard statutory and professional jobs can practise high-stakes conversations before they meet a real person. All scenarios, personas, conversations, and evaluations are AI-generated at runtime from practitioner selections and sector knowledge packs. There are no static pre-seeded case libraries in production. AI is the rehearsal partner — not a replacement for supervision or live case advice.

Workflow:
1. Practitioner selects role, dimension, process stage, and other taxonomy cards
2. AI generates a unique case and matching persona
3. Practitioner conducts a simulated conversation with the AI persona
4. Reflection pipeline scores the conversation against rubric criteria with cited professional references

## What KallosSim is NOT

- Not for processing real personal data about real service users or employees
- Not a substitute for clinical supervision, statutory decision-making, or legal advice
- Not trained on real case records; uses OpenAI API with zero-data-retention settings for conversation content
- Legal Advocacy is formative oral advocacy rehearsal only — not BSB/SRA accreditation, Inns assessment, or case advice

## WebMCP (browser AI agents)

Public marketing pages are indexed and described here. The authenticated simulator app (app.kallossim.com — /children/app, /hr/app, /uk/legal-advocacy/app, /us/legal-advocacy/app, etc.) is noindex and requires login.

When supported (Chrome WebMCP origin trial), the simulator exposes structured tools via navigator.modelContext — e.g. get_simulator_state (market, sector including legal, us_jurisdiction on US), select_trainee_role (incl. Barrister / Solicitor Advocate), set card parameters, generate_practice_case, start_practice_conversation. `provideContext` also sends lightweight **metadata** (product, pageType, market, sector, legal-advocacy framing, explicit `not:` boundaries) — no email/PII. Read-only tools set `annotations.readOnlyHint`. Legal Advocacy is formative oral advocacy rehearsal only — not accreditation or legal advice. Tools run in the user's browser session; app routes remain noindex.
